What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a single chat session between a visitor and your chatbot. If a visitor leaves and comes back later, that counts as a new conversation. Short exchanges (fewer than 2 messages from the visitor) are not counted.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, the new limits apply immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
Your chatbot will continue working, but new conversations beyond your limit will show a friendly message asking visitors to contact you directly. No surprise charges — you will never be billed for overages automatically.
Do you offer annual billing?
